Not all calcium is the same. When you take an antacid tablet that contains Calcium you are taking calcium carbonate which is not easily used by the body. In fact it takes 13 biochemical steps in your body to convert calcium carbonate to the body usable calcium lactate. When you cook vegetables, fruit or milk to high temperature you are converting the useable calcium (calcium lactate) in the food to calcium carbonate.
In the United States we use a lot of dairy products but still have calcium deficiencies due to the fact that the calcium that we are using is not readily available and can not be assimilated by the body. Oral manifestations of lack of calcium can be cold sores, canker sores, teething pain, dental decay and sensitive teeth.

The FDA has fired a new salvo in its war against the dietary supplement industry. Not long after a federal ruling overturned a ban on the supplement ephedrine, the FDA has strong-armed the makers of Hydroxycut, a similar supplement, into pulling 14 of their products off the shelves.
One death was potentially linked to this Hydroxycut in 2007 -- and yet there were a staggering 9 million packages of the stuff sold in the last year.
Meanwhile, how many dangerous and deadly reactions have there been to any number of prescription drugs (many of which you read about right here) that have resulted in little more than a black box warning be placed on those pharmaceuticals?
Hydroxycut is made from all-natural ingredients and is sold over the counter. You can get it not just in health food and supplement retailers, but also at pharmacies and grocery stores. Like ephedra-based supplements such as Xenadrine (which was also pulled from shelves), Hydroxycut is popular with dieters and athletes (especially bodybuilders), and is particularly prized for its energy-boosting and weight-loss effects.

Squigle contains 36% by weight of natural Xylitol--far more than any other toothpaste--to profoundly inhibit the growth of plaque. Plaque is an irritant that triggers canker sores.
Squigle can be used by people with canker sores and mouth ulcers because it doesn't cause further pain.
Squigle prevents tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath better than your regular toothpaste.
Squigle tastes great--you'll love using it. Other SLS-free toothpastes taste weird or don't foam at all.
Canker sore sufferers benefit more from SQUIGLE than from any other canker sore toothpaste.
